your Account Manager for more information.

• Account Balance - To know you PREPAID CREDIT you have to dial from the phone connected to your FleetBroadband the short code 691 followed by the # key or press the call button

• Weekly Subscription - A weekly subscription charge of 14 units will be deducted from the account balance each Sunday at 00:01 UTC. Any remaining balance will then be available for usage. No allowance is available with this subscription. The first week of any activated SIM will be free of the weekly subscription charge. If the account balance falls to zero, it can be topped up and a weekly charge of 14 units (or part thereof) will then be taken immediately (although not retrospectively should there be a delay in top-up), followed by a weekly charge when next due. If the account balance falls below 14 units then the weekly charge will not be taken but the balance will be available for usage.

• Validity Period - On redemption of a voucher, the balance expiry date will be the end of the balance expiry period from redemption of the voucher (e.g. Voucher redemption date plus 60 days) or the subscribers existing balance expiry date, whichever is later. Vouchers must be redeemed within 180 days of purchase.
• FAX PR MINUTE= 3,5 units
• ISDN Normally cost 3.5 units per minute BUT ISDN to other Satellites and OLD INMARSAT SERVICES (GAN/Fleet/Swift/Aero voice/ B/M/Mini-M/ Iridium/Globalstar/Thuraya voice/ Other MSS Carriers) cost 16 UNITS PER MINUTE
